Specific Comment:

As I mentioned during the development of the initial release of this
standard, the document is much too verbose for a relatively simplistic
specification.

It takes every ISA-95 model and provides the exactly same information on
how verbs match nouns. The drawbacks of this approach are mainly:

- the need to update this part of the standard when other parts are
updated or released - incidentally, the coming part 4 will need to
update this part soon after this release.

- the standard is long and boring to read at the point that the reader
might not get its inherent simplicity and drop its implementation
thinking it is complicate when it isn't

Suggested Resolution:

Remove section 6

Promote Annexes E and F as main normative sections
